Snacks you can Eat after Exercise

Who loves cake? I do! And now there is a final reason to eat even more of it. I come here with three of my absolute favorite recipes for healthier and more protein-rich recipes that you can guess in good conscience after a hard workout!

All the desserts are bursting with proteins and are just a great little snack after your workout or as a filling snack during the day.

Recipe 1: Brownie with caramel glaze
Believe it or not - this delicious spongy brownie is made from healthy protein-rich beans and coated with crispy caramel glaze, made from healthy coconut milk fat!

You need that

Cake

1 can of lime beans

80 g of dark chocolate

1 cup raw cocoa powder

3 whole eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

2 tablespoons sukrin gold (or another sweetener)

glaze

1.5 dl of coconut milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

80 g of sucking gold

35 g fiber syrup clear

2 teaspoons organic butter

Here's how you do it:

Blend all the cake ingredients together and leave it for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Meanwhile, you touch the glaze in a pan until the mass gets a caramel-like consistency. When the cake has cooled down, pour the caramel glaze over and refrigerate it!

Recipe 2: Fresh protein cold bowl

Fresh, sweet and protein-rich cold bowl, great here in the summer heat! If you are busy or on the go, it can easily be poured on a canister and brought along!

You need that

4 dl skyr

4 dl of nuclear milk

20 grams of protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)

2 dl frozen should (raspberries, blueberries or mixed)

1 teaspoon sweetener (sugar can also be used)

Here's how you do it

Blend all the ingredients together

Enjoy the cool, topped with fresh berries or muesli - or if you need to pamper a little extra, chamber junk!

Recipe 3: The world's easiest pancakes

The sweet taste of the banana makes the pancakes completely sinful! In fact, banana contains magnesium, which has a calming effect, which is really good to get after a hard workout.

You need that

1 course

2 eggs

Here's how you do it

Mash the banana and add the two eggs - all mix together
Put them on a frying pan on low heat.
Fill them with vanilla skyr and frozen berries, for a little extra flavor!
